The Li Family
Mrs. Lucy Li has faithfully served as a volunteer and leader at PoliticsInAction Bridgewater since the launch of our second camp in 2024. Lucy not only teaches the importance of Christians engaging in public service, but she has also lived out that calling through her own service, having been elected to and served two terms on the Bridgewater-Raritan Board of Education.
Lucy’s passion for education is evident in every interaction she has with our students. Whether she is leading discussions or participating in debates, she consistently challenges students to think critically, engage respectfully, and pursue truth with conviction. Her love for learning, commitment to civic engagement, and genuine care for young people have made a lasting impact on countless students and families.
Earlier this year, Lucy was diagnosed with bile duct cancer, a rare and serious form of cancer. In response, Lucy’s PoliticsInAction family has chosen to come alongside Lucy, her husband, and their three children during this difficult season, offering our love, prayers, and support as they navigate the challenges ahead.
